Trauma-Informed Classrooms

This one-day workshop is designed for education staff and school support officers to effectively support children and teenagers who have experienced trauma. This workshop will explore the nature of trauma and its effects on the brain and body.

Participants will gain a deep understanding of how trauma influences behavior and learning, and discover the critical role of relationships in the healing process. The workshop will equip educators with practical, trauma-informed classroom strategies to create a supportive and nurturing environment, fostering resilience and growth in their students.
